FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes! The contribution is just 0.82% of your base salary and benefits. This is an exceptionally fair and safe solution – we don't take a penny from your overtime, anniversary bonuses, severance pay, or social fund money. All additional earnings for your hard work stay entirely in your pocket!
Thanks to savings of just a few cents per liter of fuel at ORLEN stations and insurance with PZU, the cost of membership is more than offset. Furthermore, you can deduct the full amount of your contributions (up to 840 PLN per year) from your personal income tax (PIT), meaning you'll receive a cash refund from the Tax Office.

Yes! Your privacy is our priority, so your union membership is completely confidential. Your employer doesn't have access to the membership list, and you don't have to inform anyone of your decision. You can even pay your dues yourself, so there's no trace left in your HR records – you join on your own terms and in complete anonymity.

Us! From the moment you sign up, you gain a personal "protective shield" and legal support, which you would normally have to pay hundreds of zlotys for. If your employer wants to change your working conditions or terminate your contract, they must first consult with us. You gain a strong partner who looks after your interests and ensures that you are never alone in your dealings with management.

Of course! You're entitled to union protection from your first day on the job, regardless of whether you have a trial period, fixed-term contract, or a contract for a specific period. It's at the beginning of your journey in a new company that organizational support is most valuable, so we help you build a stable and secure professional position from the moment you're hired.

Once you're formally accepted into the union, you can receive an Electronic Membership Card, which opens the door to a wide range of benefits. It provides you with cheaper fuel, discounts on insurance policies, and access to financial benefits, such as those related to the birth of a child. This means real money stays in your pocket thanks to your membership in Solidarity.

Yes! As an individual, you have limited leverage, but as a union, we are an equal negotiating partner for the employer. We negotiate annual raises for the entire staff, bonus regulations, and seniority allowances. Your presence in the union provides an additional voice, making our collective wage demands harder for management to ignore.
