- Statutory activities: in order to carry out the tasks of NSZZ Solidarność, including servicing members and conducting trade union affairs (basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR and in the scope of special categories of data, e.g. on trade union membership – art. 9 sec. 2 letter d GDPR).
- Handling inquiries: providing replies to messages sent electronically or by telephone (basis: legitimate interest of the Administrator – Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR).
- Legal obligations: fulfilling the obligations incumbent on the Controller resulting from generally applicable provisions, e.g. tax or employment law (basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR).
